Purpose of the Program
The Driver Rewards Club program by Harnois Énergies (the “Program“) allows members to earn rewards for fuel purchases made at participating locations designated by Harnois Énergies.
The list of participating locations is available on the Harnois Énergies Travel Stop website (travelstop.harnoisenergies.com) and may be updated at any time without notice.
Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions. By participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions of Use of the Program
Program Membership
Membership in the Program is free and no initial purchase is required.
No written agreement is required to participate in the Program. A person becomes a member of the Program when they obtain a Harnois Énergies Drivers Club Rewards card (the “Card“) and register their full name on it.
No additional information is required. Harnois Énergies does not collect any personal information, track purchases, or verify the member’s identity when they wish to use their Card.
Harnois Énergies Drivers Club Rewards Card
The Card is a physical card issued free of charge to anyone who requests one when visiting a participating location.
The Card is not available on the mobile app.
The Card is strictly personal. Members must present their Card to the cashier at the time of transaction in order to benefit from the Program’s advantages.
It is prohibited to accumulate multiple Cards, share a Card between several people, or use the Card for commercial or professional purposes.
Any unauthorized reproduction of the Card or stamp, any attempt at fraud, or any misuse of the Program may result in the cancellation of benefits, withdrawal from the Program, and, when applicable, legal action.
Program Benefits
Program members can earn reward points when purchasing fuel at participating locations.
Members can also enjoy additional benefits, including free car washes and exclusive offers at participating Proxi and Proxi Extra convenience stores.
Program benefits are subject to availability. Harnois Énergies assumes no responsibility if a car wash, offer, or promotional product is temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Accumulation of points
Reward points are awarded based on the number of liters of fuel purchased during a visit to a participating location.
A purchase of three hundred (300) liters or more of fuel during a single visit entitles the customer to one (1) stamp on the Card.
No points will be awarded for purchases of less than 300 liters of fuel.
The Card has ten (10) circles, each representing one (1) eligible purchase of 300 liters or more. Upon the tenth (10th) eligible purchase, the member is entitled to a reward consisting of one (1) free meal, as described on the display in the store and on the Harnois Énergies website.
Free car washes
For each eligible purchase of 300 liters or more, the member is also entitled to one (1) free car wash.
Exclusive offers at Proxi and Proxi Extra convenience stores
Members have access to exclusive offers on six (6) products at participating convenience stores. Offers are changed twice (2) a year.
Lost, forgotten, or stolen Card
Harnois Énergies is not responsible for a lost, forgotten, or stolen Card.
If the Card is not presented during a transaction, no points will be awarded once the transaction is complete.
In the event of a lost, forgotten, or stolen Card, a member can obtain a replacement Card at a participating location.
Points accumulated on the lost, forgotten, or stolen Card cannot be transferred. When the replacement Card is issued, the member will restart from zero.
Termination of Participation
A member can terminate their participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, simply by destroying their Card.
No contact with Harnois Énergies is required to unsubscribe.
Modification or termination of the Program
Harnois Énergies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to modify its rules, terms, or benefits, subject to applicable laws.
Any modifications to the Program will take effect thirty (30) days after they are posted on the Harnois Énergies Travel Stop website (travelstop.harnoisenergies.com). Modifications will not have a retroactive effect on benefits already granted prior to their effective date.
Value of rewards
Points and rewards offered under the Program have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and neither be transferred, sold, or given as gifts.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
